▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The batch preparation method of an aqueous perforated graphene conductive agent involves: activating and pore-forming the expanded graphite; preparing a dispersant solution for dissolving and dispersing expanded graphite in a reaction kettle; adding the expanded graphite into the reaction kettle, and mixing the expanded graphite with the dispersant solution to obtain a uniformly dispersed material; and stripping the uniformly dispersed material. USE - The method is useful for batch preparation of aqueous perforated graphene conductive agent for lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The adopts expanded graphite as a raw material, sequentially adopts potassium hydroxide and carbon dioxide to perform two-step perforation on the expanded graphite by a chemical etching method, and ensures that holes are more uniform. The graphene in the graphene conductive agent prepared has holes, so that the transmission of electrons and ions of the battery can be improved simultaneously, the rate performance of the battery is improved, and the internal resistance of the battery is reduced. The graphene conductive agent is uniform in holes and can be prepared in batches. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanned image of the expanded graphite prior to pore-forming.
