▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anti-chloride ion penetration Portland cement comprises 30-45 pts. wt. Portland cement clinker, 10-20 pts. wt. limestone, 5-15 pts. wt. bentonite, 5-10 pts. wt. fly ash, 1-5 pts. wt. slag, 5-10 pts. wt. calcined clay, 1-5 pts. wt. gypsum, 1-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, and 10-20 pts. wt. reinforcing agent. The preparation of reinforcing agent comprises (a) adding graphene oxide, polydopamine, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride, 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride into 60-80 wt.% ethanol aqueous solution middle, ultrasonically dispersing for 2 hours, adding ammonia solution, and ultrasonically dispersing for 0.3-2 hours; (b) mixing suspension, ethyl orthosilicate, isobutyltriethoxysilane, nonionic surfactant, dispersant and water, reacting, and heating; and (c) mixing with sodium p-dimethylaminoazobenzenesulfonate, polycarboxylate ether water reducing agent and ethanol aqueous solution, centrifuging, drying and grinding. USE - Used as anti-chloride ion penetration Portland cement. ADVANTAGE - The cement forms stable and dense hydrophobic film on the surface of the cement matrix, inhibits the diffusion and transmission of corrosive medium in the pores, improves the fluidity of mortar and sand, saves water, and improves the anti-chloride ion penetration ability of the prepared concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-chloride ion penetration Portland cement.
