NOVELTY - Monolayer membrane comprises 85-95 wt.% polyurethane and 5-15 wt.% graphene. USE - Monolayer membrane for multilayer fabric (claimed) used for winter clothes, working clothes and shoes. ADVANTAGE - Membrane can be used in combination with power supply to heat cloth due to electrical conductivity of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing monolayer membrane which involves preparing dispersion of ingredients includes 70-85 wt.% polyurethane, 10-24 wt.% solvent and 4-12 wt.% graphene, layering dispersion on silicon paper, and heating dispersion laid on silicon paper in oven at 80-160 degrees C for 2-5 minutes; and (2) multilayer fabric comprising membrane as internal layer.
