NOVELTY - The meta-surface has a floor layer (1) provided with a medium layer (2). An outer side of the medium layer is provided with a patch layer (3). A coding super-surface comprises four basic coding units. The floor layer and the patch layer are made of high-conductivity macro-graphene thin film. A medium substrate of the medium layer is light foam material such as PMI. USE - Graphene-based ultralight anisotropic broadband encoding metasurface. ADVANTAGE - The metasurface has light weight and characteristics.
