NOVELTY - Graphene-modified inorganic zinc silicate primer comprises 0.1-2 pts. wt. auxiliary film-forming resin, 20-30 pts. wt. first solvent, 0.1-1 pt. wt. dispersing agent, 20-50 pts. wt. filler, 20-30 pts. wt. zinc powder, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene, 30-50 pts. wt. ethyl silicate, 0.01-0.1 pt. wt. catalyst, 3-5 pts. wt. deionized water, and 45-65 pts. wt. second solvent. USE - Graphene-modified inorganic zinc silicate primer. ADVANTAGE - The product has low metal zinc content, which saves consumption of metal zinc resources and reduces harmful zinc fog generation. It has good storage stability, and excellent construction performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-modified inorganic zinc silicate primer comprising preparing raw materials; mixing first solvent and dispersing agent, stirring, adding auxiliary film-forming resin and graphene under stirring to dissolve, and dispersing at high speed; crushing resulting material into less than or equal to 20 mu m; stirring under 300-500 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes; and testing, filtering, and packing.
