NOVELTY - Preparation of high specific capacitance graphene/high surface activated carbon composite involves preparing stripped oxidized graphite, filtering, washing using secondary deionized water, removing potassium ions, nitrate and sulfate, cooling, heat-treating, reducing stripped oxidized graphite to graphene oxide, adding high-surface activated carbon and dispersant, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing, coating stripped oxidized graphite on surface of high surface activated carbon and low temperature freeze-drying. USE - Preparation of high specific capacitance graphene/high surface activated carbon composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides high specific capacitance graphene/high surface activated carbon composite having high surface activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high specific capacitance graphene/high surface activated carbon composite involves preparing stripped oxidized graphite using graphite as raw material by oxidative intercalation method, repeatedly filtering stripped oxidized graphite, washing using secondary deionized water, removing potassium ions, nitrate and sulfate, cooling resultant stripped oxidized graphite slurry to -40 degrees C to -20 degrees C, heat-treating at 200-500 degrees C for 2-5 hours, reducing stripped oxidized graphite to graphene oxide, adding high-surface activated carbon and 1% dispersant, stirring, ultrasonically dispersing so that stripped graphite oxide and high-surface activated carbon are uniformly mixed, coating stripped oxidized graphite on surface of high surface activated carbon, low temperature freeze-drying in air atmosphere at less than 500 degrees C, and completely reducing stripped oxidized graphite to graphene oxide.
