▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-based anti-static floor coating comprises curable film-forming component (A) and curing-agent-containing component (B). Component (A) contains 0.1-5 wt.% graphene, 30-60 wt.% resin, 30-60 wt.% functional filler, 5-25 wt.% 1st diluent, and 0.1-5 wt.% auxiliary agent, and total amount of graphene, resin, and functional filler is 60-80 wt.% with respect to 100 wt.% component (A). USE - A graphene-based anti-static floor coating for building, aviation, and military applications. ADVANTAGE - The floor coating improves the physical and chemical property of the floor, reduces construction coating thickness, reduces construction cost and maintenance cost, has wear-resistant property, flexibility, large surface density, acid and alkali resistance, high strength, corrosion-resistant property, and weathering-resistant performance, and can satisfy skid-proof smooth ground requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-based anti-static floor coating which involves mixing resin, an amount of 1st diluent, and an amount of dispersion auxiliary agent at speed of 1000-1500 rpm, adding graphene and functional filler, continuously stirring to disperse under rotating speed of 2000-3000 rpm, grinding into fineness of 20-60 mu m, adding the rest of 1st diluting agent and auxiliary agent to obtain component (A), preparing component (B), and uniformly mixing components (A) and (B) according to weight proportion of 2:1-10:1.
