▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel-cerium-praseodymium-holmium hydrogen evolution material with high catalytic activity involves pretreating nickel foam to prepare nickel matrix, preparing electrodeposition aqueous solution comprising 50-120 g/L nickel source, 0.5-2 g/L cerium source, 1-6 g/L praseodymium source, 1-6 g/L holmium source, 10-50 g/L boric acid, 20-100 g/L complexing agent and 10-50 g/L conductive agent, carrying out electrodeposition by adding the electrodeposition aqueous solution into electrodeposition device comprising nickel matrix as a cathode and removing the nickel matrix after electrodeposition. USE - Preparation of nickel-cerium-praseodymium-holmium hydrogen evolution material with high catalytic activity used for hydrogen production by alkaline water electrolysis. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and feasible, and provides hydrogen evolution material with high surface activity, excellent hydrogen evolution performance and electrochemical stability, small grain size, uniform thickness, and small internal stress. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the nickel-cerium-praseodymium-holmium hydrogen evolution material with high catalytic activity, which comprises nickel matrix and nickel-cerium-praseodymium-holmium coating deposited on the surface of the nickel matrix. The coating comprises 5-25 atomic% nickel, 10-25 atomic% cerium, 20-55 atomic% praseodymium and 10-30 atomic% holmium.
