▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The collector uses a double-sided mother-and-child sticker structure as a matrix, one side is a matte surface, and the other side is a hook surface. A substrate is made of conductive flexible polymer materials or inorganic materials or is formed by depositing conductive materials on the surface of the substrate. The mass of the conductive material does not exceed 30% of the mass of the matrix. The matrix on which the conductive material is deposited is made of polyamide fiber, polypropylene or polyethylene material. The metal material includes silver and copper, the metal alloy material includes copper alloy, aluminum alloy, and titanium alloy, and the conductive polymer material includes polypyrrole, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphthalocyanine, the conductive carbon base includes graphene, conductive carbon black, and conductive graphite. USE - Flexible battery current collector for use with electrode sheet and tab (claimed) for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The current collector solves the problem that the traditional copper foil and aluminum foil such as current collector material flexible, easy bending and leaving irreversible crease even crack, and it does not have elasticity. The electrode sheet and the lug are connected by the primary-secondary adhesive tape, to avoid the lug falling phenomenon caused by the traditional welding. The flexible double-face primary- secondary patch can make the connection of the battery tab and the electrode safety more reliable.
