NOVELTY - The substrate has an amorphous carbon layer provided with a graphite alkenes spin coating. A graphene-containing layer is adhered with a nano-meter layer. Thickness of the nano-meter particle layer is 15-65 nm. Thickness of the graphene layer is 8nm. USE - Three-dimensional metal-graphene composite substrate. ADVANTAGE - The substrate ensures surface-enhanced Raman effect for active substrate, and has low manufacturing cost. The substrate is quick and simple to manufacture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a three-dimensional metal-graphene composite substrate preparation method.
