ADVANTAGE - The substrate ensures surface-enhanced Raman effect for active substrate, and has low manufacturing cost. The substrate is quick and simple to manufacture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a three-dimensional metal-graphene composite substrate preparation method.
