NOVELTY - Preparing modified anti-corrosion paint comprises (1) mixing citric acid and urea, obtaining carbon quantum dot solution by hydrothermal process, and purifying; (2) adding graphene oxide into deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution; (3) mixing the graphene oxide aqueous solution obtained in step (2) with the carbon quantum dot solution after purification treatment obtained in step (1); and (4) preparing anti-corrosion paint by carbon quantum dot-graphene oxide mixed solution obtained in step (3) and aqueous acrylic resin by sol-gel process. USE - The modified anti-corrosion paint is useful for OLED display screen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes biocompatibility, electrical conductivity, and excellent chemical properties of carbon quantum dots and graphene oxide. The modified anti-corrosion paint: has corrosion resistance and thermal insulation properties; and increases service life of the OLED screen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: Modified anti-corrosion paint comprising 1-49 wt.% carbon quantum dot, 1-55 wt.% graphene oxide, and 30-45 wt.% aqueous acrylic resin. OLED display screen, coated with the anti-corrosion paint is prepared by above mentioned method.
