NOVELTY - Bio-based water-based polyurethane resin comprises 70-100 pts. wt. bio-based macromolecular polyols, 15-30 pts. wt. bio-based isocyanate, 0.02-0.2 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. carboxylic acid type hydrophilic chain extender, 3-8 pts. wt. small molecule polyol chain extender, 3-8 pts. wt. small molecule amine post-chain extender and 1-4 pts. wt. neutralizer. The graphene oxide is graphene oxide containing hydroxyl group and carboxyl group, and is used to chemically modify bio-based aqueous polyurethane resin. USE - The bio-based water-based polyurethane resin is used in garments (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has improved folding resistance, abrasion resistance, mechanical properties and other properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of bio-based water-based polyurethane resin comprising formulating 0.02-0.2 pt. wt. graphene oxide into graphene oxide solution, mixing graphene oxide solution, bio-based macromolecular polyol, bio-based isocyanate, carboxylic acid type hydrophilic chain extender and small molecule polyol chain extender, stirring to obtain aqueous polyurethane prepolymer and mixing aqueous polyurethane prepolymer, neutralizer, deionized water and small molecule amine post-chain extender.
