NOVELTY - Water vapor barrier fireproof flexible backplate comprises a high-barrier modified polyethylene terephthalate substrate (1) whose surface facing the air side is integrally formed with a water vapor barrier fireproof layer (2). An anti-aging layer (3) is integrally formed on the surface of the water vapor barrier fireproof layer facing away from the high-barrier modified polyethylene terephthalate substrate. A titanium dioxide self-cleaning layer (30) is formed on the surface of an anti-aging layer (3) facing away from the water vapor barrier fireproof layer. The water vapor barrier fireproof layer and the anti-aging layer are fixedly connected to the upper and lower surfaces of the water vapor barrier fireproof layer through a hot pressing forming process and the surface of the high-barrier modified polyethylene terephthalate substrate facing the battery side is compounded with a glue layer (4). USE - Used as water vapor barrier fireproof flexible backplate. ADVANTAGE - The backplate has good service life, high temperature resistance, flame retardant and water vapor barrier performance, good flexibility and mechanical strength and controls the thickness at 0.40.5 mm which is relatively light and thin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing water vapor barrier fireproof flexible backplate comprising (A) preparing water vapor barrier fireproof layer material, a high-barrier modified polyethylene terephthalate substrate and a fluorine resin film, (B) coating the aqueous surface of the water vapor barrier fireproof layer with silicone water, where the amount of silicone water compounded with organic silica gel is controlled at 10-12 g/m2, pre-heating, curing to make the compounded silicone water in a gel state, (C) rolling the anti-aging layer on the upper surface of the water vapor barrier fireproof layer, rolling the lower surface of the water vapor barrier fireproof layer with a high-barrier modified polyethylene terephthalate substrate at a pressure of 200-250 N to obtain the pre-composite sheet, (D) performing vacuum hot-pressing treatment on the pre-composite sheet in step (C) to obtain a semi-finished flexible composite sheet, (E) spraying a self-cleaning coating on the surface of the anti-aging layer of the semi-finished flexible composite sheet to form a titanium dioxide self-cleaning layer and (F) coating the surface of the semi-finished flexible composite sheet facing away from the titanium dioxide self-cleaning layer with a adhesive to form a glue layer and obtaining finished water vapor barrier fireproof flexible backboard.
