▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The production of stone blocks involves milling pulp, adding Bayer red mud and surfactant, mixing, adding coal powder, feeding into ball mill, grinding, mixing 60-80 wt.% slurry with 20-40 wt.% clay, 1-5 wt.% leavening agent, 1-2 wt.% foaming agent and 4-6 wt.% graphene oxide, extruding the mixed material into raw blank, dry firing, naturally air-drying so that the moisture content is less than 8%, placing blank into tunnel kiln for firing, sintering at 1000-1400 degrees C for 3-8 hours, and cooling to below 80 degrees C. USE - Production of artificial volcanic stone blocks using Bayer red mud (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of artificial volcanic stone blocks with reduced transportation cost, improved comprehensive utilization and development of Bayer red mud tailings, and improved properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production of stone blocks involves milling pulp, adding Bayer red mud and surfactant, mixing, adding coal powder, feeding into ball mill, grinding to obtain slurry of size 150-200 mesh, where surfactant is stearic acid or benzenesulfonic acid, added amount of surfactant is 0.1-0.5 wt.% of Bayer red mud, added amount of coal powder is 10 wt.% of Bayer red mud, mixing 60-80 wt.% slurry with 20-40 wt.% clay, 1-5 wt.% leavening agent, 1-2 wt.% foaming agent and 4-6 wt.% graphene oxide, extruding the mixed material into raw blank, dry firing, naturally air-drying so that the moisture content is less than 8%, placing blank into tunnel kiln for firing, sintering at 1000-1400 degrees C for 3-8 hours, and cooling to below 80 degrees C.
