NOVELTY - The material has a titanium dioxide nano-tube array surface formed with a uniform silver nanometer particle layer. The uniform silver nanometer particle layer is formed on a graphene oxide single layer structure, where silver nano-particle layer diameter is 10 to 15 nm, and graphene oxide single layer structure thickness is 0.6 to 1.2 nm. USE - Graphene oxide-silver nano-particle titanium dioxide nano-tube array material for Raman scattering substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material enhances Raman effect and photocatalytic self-cleaning function and realizes high sensitive detection and circulation detection effect of organic matter.
