▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-reinforced copper-based composite material involves mixing crystalline flake graphite powder and 98% sulfuric acid, adding 50-80 wt.% sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate, mixing in ice bath for 30-120 minutes, heating to 30-40 degrees C for 4-5 hours, adding deionized water and hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 1-3 hours, washing with 5% hydrochloric acid, adding 5-10 wt.% hydrazine hydrate solution, reacting at 75-90 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, ultrasonic dispersing in ethanol solution, adding copper nanopowder at mass ratio of 0.05-1:100, ultrasonic mixing, and stirring. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced copper-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has 384 MPa tensile yield strength, 512 MPa compression yield strength and 5.8% elongation break.
