NOVELTY - The invention claims a lace fabric, comprising a lace cloth layer and a nylon cloth layer set at the outer edge of the lace cloth layer, the side surface of the nylon cloth layer is sewed with anti-bacterial ventilating layer; anti-bacterial ventilating layer comprises a plurality of interval strips set; the adjacent graphene strips form a ventilating gap for ventilating. The lace fabric of the invention has good ventilation ability and anti-bacterial, bacteriostatic effect, people can keep good sanitary condition when wearing the clothes made of lace fabric, which is good for improving comfort of people wearing lace fabric.
