NOVELTY - Thermoelectric semiconductor powder comprises one graphene material which is selected from graphene, graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide which is combined with thermoelectric semiconductor material, where graphene oxide and reduced oxide graphene are dispersed in thermoelectric semiconductor material, and has shape of ribbon having length larger than thickness of thermoelectric semiconductor powder. USE - Thermoelectric semiconductor powder. ADVANTAGE - The thermoelectric semiconductor powder has high specific surface area and thermoelectric performance, and improves thermal property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing thermoelectric semiconductor powder, which involves mixing graphene, graphene material and thermoelectric material, preparing combined fuel to obtain thermoelectric semiconductor powder, spraying on wheel fusing combined fuel and rotating through nozzle and solidifying shape of the ribbon-shape.
