NOVELTY - Glucose sensor electrode is claimed. The preparation includes (i) taking 1-1.5 ml graphene, 5 wt.% graphene oil slurry, dispersing in 100 ml absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding 0.01 g (+0.005 g) nano zinc oxide powder into the solution, (ii) taking the foam nickel (1 cmx 1 cm2) using silver paste to one end of the copper wire adhered to the electrode, extracting electrode, adding into a drying box and drying at 60 degrees C for 2 hours. USE - Used as glucose sensor electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Glucose sensor electrode is claimed. The preparation includes (i) taking 1-1.5 ml graphene, 5 wt.% graphene oil slurry, dispersing in 100 ml absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding 0.01 g (+0.005 g) nano zinc oxide powder into the solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 30 minutes to obtain graphene/zinc oxide nano complex material dispersion, (ii) taking the foam nickel (1 cmx 1 cm2) using silver paste to one end of the copper wire adhered to the electrode, drying in a drying box at 60 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding E-44 epoxy resin and polyamide in the ratio of 1:1, coating the lead and silver paste acting as a protecting function into a high temperature blast drying box, drying at 80 degrees C for 60 minutes, (iii) making the electrode of de-ionized water, ethanol, de-ionized water ultrasonic cleaning at room temperature for 10 minutes, adding into a drying box and drying for 30 minutes at 60 degrees C, adding the graphene electrode into zinc oxide nano complex material dispersion, ultrasonicating for 5 minutes, extracting electrode, adding into a drying box, drying at 60 degrees C for 2 hours
