NOVELTY - A temperature, humidity and pressure sensor comprises the first structure layer and the second structure layer, where the first structure layer comprises a first elastomer and reduced graphene oxide covering the surface of the first elastomer and the first elastomer contains manganese-doped zinc sulfide, the second structure layer comprises a second elastomer and graphene oxide covering a surface of the second elastomer, and the first structure layer is located above or below the second structure layer. USE - Temperature, humidity and pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The temperature, humidity and pressure sensor has better effect of realizing the visualization of the pressure sensor.
