▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has a processor for receiving electronic information about a graphene structure (100). The processor determines an amount of voltage associated with a microwave input based on the electronic information, where the microwave input is associated with the graphene structure, and the amount of the voltage is less than 10 microvolts, and determines a pump intensity value associated with amount of voltages, and a microwave squeezing with gains up to 24 decibels. A memory is connected to the processor, where an output of the processor is coupled to the memory, and an input of the memory is coupled with the processor. USE - Device for microwave-to-optical conversion for quantum photonics and quantum microwave systems. Uses include but are not limited to atomic interface techniques, opto-mechanical techniques, and electro-optic (EO) techniques. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces noise to conduct optimal microwave-to-optical conversion, and allows microwave squeezing over a wide bandwidth at moderate cryogenic temperatures. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a device for microwave-to-optical conversion. 100Graphene structure 102Total length 104Layer 106Distance
