▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene fiber involves grinding mixed powder comprising graphene, graphene carbon and graphite to form ultrafine powder having particle size of less than equal to 0.2 mu m. 50-90 wt.% base material selected from polypropylene or polyamide or polyethylene terephthalate is mixed with 2-49 wt.% ultrafine powder and 1-8 wt.% polymer spinning agent, then mixed by stirring for 20-40 minutes at a temperature of 260-286 degrees C to obtain mixture. The obtained mixture is granulated through twin-screw granulator to form graphene master batch. The graphene masterbatch and the remaining base stock are heated at a temperature of 260-286 degrees C to form melt. The melt is extruded through a screw extruder, squeezed by metering pump, drying under air and condensing to form thin strip. The obtained strip is subjected to cold curing, drafting and bending to form graphene fibers. USE - Method for preparing graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene fiber, which has far infrared antibacterial, anti-ultraviolet effet, emits and releases negative oxygen ion, improves surface microcirculation, strengthens human body immunity and has obvious healthcare effect.
