NOVELTY - A graphene-coated solid-phase micro-extraction fiber is prepared by washing 2-3 cm metal wire with water, cleaning with methanol, placing one end of wire in chemical silver plating solution to deposit silver layer over metal silk, placing silver-plated end of metal wire in 3-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane solution, hydrolyzing with diluted hydrochloric acid, taking out, drying, placing in solution of ionic liquid crosslinking agent, removing solvent by evaporation, placing in dispersion of graphene oxide, taking out after heating, and repeating until desired coating thickness is obtained. USE - Preparation of graphene-coated solid-phase micro-extraction fiber. ADVANTAGE - Metal silk fiber as fiber carrier effectively improves shortcomings of quartz fiber carrier which is fragile, improves use life, and increases convenience. Extraction performance is excellent. The use of ionic liquid as crosslinking agent of graphene oxide layers by bonding to metal silk body increases the stability of chemical bond coating by effectively controlling coating thickness.
