NOVELTY - The laser has a laser main body whose light end surface is arranged with a graphene bridge layer that is continuously covered with a light end surface electrode. An isolation trench is connected with a light surface outer electrode that is arranged with the graphene bridge layer. The laser main body is connected with the light end surface electrode that is connected with the light surface outer electrode. A lower surface electrode is arranged with an epitaxial structure layer that is fixed with an upper surface electrode along predetermined direction. USE - Electrodes bridging graphene surface emitting laser. ADVANTAGE - The laser has good conductivity and good light transmission effect, and utilizes graphene material to form a bridge connection layer with excellent flexibility and low breakability, prevents a vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) isolation groove from being broken in effective manner to improve stability of the laser main body, reduces light emitting difficulties to improve laser performance and production cost of an absorption device and realizes electrodes bridging graphene surface emitting laser manufacturing process in simple and easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an electrodes bridging graphene surface emitting laser manufacturing method.
