NOVELTY - Preparing independent self-supporting graphene-based ultra-thin film comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide solution based on anodic aluminum oxide (AAO), and filtering to obtain graphene oxide base film, (ii) compounding other materials on the surface of the graphene oxide base film to obtain ultra-thin film, (iii) placing the ultra-thin film on water with facing up, pressing AAO, and making AAO sink to obtain graphene-based ultra-thin film floating on the water surface, (iv) lifting the graphene-based ultra-thin film floating on the water surface from the bottom up using a substrate to, and making the graphene-based ultra-thin film flat on the surface of the substrate, and a layer of aqueous medium between the graphene-based ultra-thin film and the substrate, and (v) freeze-drying a substrate having a graphene-based ultra-thin film on its surface, self-supporting the graphene-based ultra-thin film, and separating from the substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing independent self-supporting graphene-based ultra-thin film.
