▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphite-graphene-metal composite material comprises (1) depositing graphene on the copper foil, and stack multiple layers of the graphene layer-deposited copper foil together to form the copper-graphene composite layer, where the thickness of the copper-graphene composite layer is 1-8 mm, preferably 1-3 mm, (ii) mixing the copper-plated graphite sheet with the copper powder and spreading it evenly to form the copper-graphite composite layer, where its thickness is between 1-10 mm, preferably 1-3 mm and (iii) stacking the copper-graphene composite layer and the copper-graphite composite layer and hot pressing sintering to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphite-graphene-metal composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: does not affect the thermal conduction channel and the conductive channel by superimposing a structural layer; has good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity and good overall mechanical properties and processing performance; and can meet the needs of modern electronic industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphite-graphene-metal composite material, where the thermal conductivity of the composite material parallel to the X-Y direction is 500-650 W/mx K, and the resistivity is 1.62-1.65 ( mu Omega x cm). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the preparing graphite-graphene-metal composite material (Drawing includes non-English language text).
