▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - MCo2O4-molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide electrode material comprises molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide used as a substrate, and core-shell MCo2O4nanospheres are synthesized in situ on the molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide substrate. In the MCo2O4-molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide electrode material, molybdenum disulfide nanoflowers grow between the reduced graphene oxide sheets, and the core-shell MCo2O4nanospheres are evenly dispersed between the molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide sheets, where M in the core-shell MCo2O4 includes manganese, nickel, magnesium, copper or zinc. USE - The electrode material is useful for preparing super capacitor in micro-nano electronic device, solar cell electrode, photoelectric converter and transparent conductive film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, and high efficiency. The electrode material has high quality, and provides micro-nano electronic device, solar battery electrode, photoelectric converter, transparent conductive film and other fields with good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing MCo2O4-molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide electrode material.
