NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene conductive yarn involves dissolving the 3-5 mg/mL polystyrene dispersion with the yarn line grains, adding into the twin screw extruder to obtain the immiscible substance, heating the graphene dispersion liquid, mixing and homogenizing with the immiscible substance, where the weight ratio of the graphene dispersion with line grain is 1:50. The double-screw extruder is used for mixing and dissolving the extruded yarn raw material, and yarn raw materials are made into conductive yarn by yarn drawing machine. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene conductive yarn (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture graphene conductive yarn which has good conductivity, ductility and stronger toughness.
