NOVELTY - A high-efficiency complex inorganic antibacterial agent comprises 100 pts. wt. palygorskite, 30-50 pts. wt. photo-catalytic material, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, and 2-8 pts. wt. metal oxide and/or 0.5-2 pts. wt. metal salt. USE - High-efficiency complex inorganic antibacterial agent. ADVANTAGE - The palygorskite and graphene are capable of maintaining highly dispersed state in the processing and using process. The photocatalytic material with antibacterial effect, metal oxide and/or metal salt, are prepared as antibacterial materials with photocatalysis, electron migration and wall breaking, and metal ion antibacterial synergy. Through its good dispersibility, it can increase the contact area between the antibacterial active ingredients and bacteria, and the antibacterial ingredients can play an antibacterial effect in synergy, so as to achieve the effect of killing bacteria and effectively inhibiting the reproduction of bacteria. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-efficiency complex inorganic antibacterial agent, comprising: (A) mixing palygorskite and polyquaternary ammonium salt according to proportion; (B) adding the palygorskite mixed powder into deionized water at weight ratio of 1:20-40 to prepare water suspension, and conducting ultrasonic treatment for 2-4 hours; (C) adding graphene powder into deionized water at weight ratio of 1:10-50 to prepare water suspension, and conducting ultrasonic treatment for 2-4 hours; (D) mixing the obtained palygorskite water suspension and graphene water suspension and stirring for 0.5-2 hours, adding photocatalytic material, and metal oxide and/or metal salt, mixing uniformly, filtering and modulating it into slurry water content of 50-70%; putting the slurry in high energy planet ball mill, and grinding at 300-500 revolutions per minute for 12-48 hours; (E) drying the powder slurry by grinding at 100-200 degrees C, and removing the water in the slurry; (F) roasting the dried product at 400-700 degrees C for 2-5 hours; (G) dry grinding the roasted product to granularity of less than or equal to 5 mu m; and (H) packaging the final product grading and packing.
