NOVELTY - The preparation method of coating involves adding graphene oxide/silver nitrate solution to silver nitrate and then leaving, irradiating the mixture and then stirring, heat-treating the mixture and then washing, etching using chemical etching solution, adding potassium hydroxide solution to the mixture and then reacting, adding silane coupling agent-toluene solution to the mixture and then refluxing, soaking the mixture in buffer solution-containing dopamine hydrochloride and then covering using collagen membrane, dissolving in acetic acid solution, and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparation of coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of coating with excellent antibacterial effect and biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of coating involves adding 0.8-1.2 mg/ml graphene oxide/silver nitrate solution to 0.006-0.010 mol/l silver nitrate and then leaving at room temperature for 1-3 days, irradiating the mixture for 0.8-1.2 hours and then continuously stirring, heat-treating the mixture and then washing using acetone, distilled water and ethanol, etching using chemical etching solution, adding 3.5-4.5 mol/l potassium hydroxide solution to the mixture and then reacting at 75-85 degrees C for 80-100 minutes, adding silane coupling agent-toluene solution to the mixture and then refluxing, washing using ethanol and then drying, soaking the mixture in buffer solution-containing dopamine hydrochloride for 22-26 hours and then covering using collagen membrane, dissolving the mixture in 1.5-2.5 vol.% acetic acid solution for 22-26 hours, and stirring.
