▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of additive involves taking copper or copper alloy powder as raw material, coating graphene on surface of the copper or copper alloy powder using graphene chemical vapor deposition in-situ growth process to obtain graphene modified copper or copper alloy powder, and performing high-energy beam additive manufacturing using obtained graphene modified copper or copper alloy powder as raw material powder to prepare copper or copper alloy profile. The high-energy beam is infrared laser with the power of 1500-3000 W. USE - Preparation of additive used for preparing copper or copper alloy profile (claimed) used in aerospace, electronic information, power transmission and industrial applications. ADVANTAGE - The method modifies the surface of the copper or copper alloy powder to improve the energy absorption rate. The method has short process flow, high efficiency, and high forming quality. The obtained copper or copper alloy profile has excellent quality, high precision, and because of the doping of graphene, the mechanical, conductive, heat conducting, wear resistance can be improved to a certain extent.
