▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a graphene thermally conductive film, involves (a) adding polyaniline to dimethylformamide, stirring, and adding anhydrous ethanol to form a viscous liquid, (b) adding graphene to the viscous liquid and stirring to form a viscous suspension, (c) injecting the viscous suspension into a mold, extruding, and curing at a constant temperature to obtain a conductive grid, (d) immersing the conductive grid in absolute ethanol, performing microwave reaction for 10-20 minutes, removing and drying to obtain a porous conductive grid, and (e) dissolving polyaniline in dimethylformamide, stirring to obtain a polyaniline slime, and uniformly coating the porous conductive grid, extruding at a constant temperature for 2-4 hours and cooling. USE - The method is used for preparing a graphene thermally conductive film, which is used for a fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the conductive film of the existing electric heating fabric is relatively thick. The method uses graphene and polyaniline to form an organic-inorganic conductive monomer film, which improves the adhesion of the conductive film and electrical heating efficiency, and increases the conductivity.
