NOVELTY - Lubricating wear-resistant coating comprises chloroprene rubber coating material and epoxy resin top coating material. The chloroprene rubber coating material is chloroprene rubber, vulcanizing agent, cross-linking agent, carbon black, anti-aging agent and organic solvent. The epoxy resin top coating material is rubber toughened epoxy resin, curing agent, graphene-like molybdenum disulfide, graphite, metal oxide, dispersant and organic solvent. USE - The coating is useful for repairing automobile wiper rubber strip (claimed), and cleaning rain and snow and dust on wind window installed on automobile wind screen wiper system. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating anti-wear coating bottom coating material for repairing and the wiper rubber strip material have good bonding property and adhesion, the surface coating material has good toughness, wear resistance and anti-aging performance. The coating material is pre-embedded with low molecular weight polyamide in the chloroprene rubber coating material, on one hand, on the other hand, as the cross-linked chloro-propylene rubber agent, and keeps the reaction activity with the epoxy resin molecular chain reaction. The metal oxide has activity of reaction with the chlorine group in the coating material so as to make the crosslinked structure of the rubber extend into the molecular chain, improves the bonding force between the bottom coating and surface coating, and prevents the epoxy surface coating under the long-term friction under the action of large area of abrasion and falling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing the coating, where the chloroprene rubber coating material and epoxy resin top coating material are both A and B two-component materials, the preparation of the chloroprene rubber coating material comprises plasticizing the chloroprene rubber in internal mixer at processing temperature of not lower than 90℃ for 5±1 minutes, adding carbon black and anti-aging agent, continuously plasticating for 5-10 minutes, placing it into sealed reactor filled with solvent after plasticizing, keeping the temperature at 40±5℃, stirring for 15-20 minutes until the rubber is completely dissolved, where the obtained mixed glue is the component A of the chloroprene primer material, uniformly mixing the vulcanizing agent and cross-linking agent of chloroprene rubber by mechanical stirring for 3-5 minutes in closed container filled with solvent, where the mixed solution is the B component of chloroprene primer material, and the preparation of epoxy resin top coating material comprises adding graphene-like molybdenum disulfide, graphite, metal oxide and dispersant into the organic solvent according to the topcoat formula ratio, obtaining the premix by oscillating at least 10 minutes in ultrasonic cleaner to obtain premix, mechanically stirring the rubber-modified epoxy resin matrix for 5-10 minutes under the heating of water bath not lower than 60℃, adding premix of graphene-like molybdenum disulfide, graphite, metal oxide and dispersant to the epoxy resin, stirring in high-speed shearing machine for 10-15 minutes, where the obtained mixed solution is the component A of the epoxy resin top coating material, and mixing the epoxy resin curing agent and accelerator at room temperature in closed container filled with solvent for 3-5 minutes, where the mixed solution is the component B of the epoxy resin top coating material; and use method of lubricating wear-resistant coating for repairing automobile wiper strips, comprising (1) detaching the wiper rubber strip, and drying it with sandpaper and wiping it with acetone, (2) adding the component B of the chloroprene rubber to the component A in proportion, and stirring for 5-10 minutes to fully dissolve and uniformly mixing, (3) adding the component B of the epoxy resin base material to the A component in proportion, and stirring for 5-10 minutes to make it fully mixed, (4) taking the mixed Neoprene (Synthetic rubber based on polychloroprene) base coating material and applying it to the working surface of the wiper strip, using polytetrafluoroethylene blade to scrape the coating, allowing to stand at room temperature for 30-60 minutes to cross-link and solidify, and achieving size repair for wear and dark pits on the working surface of the rubber strip, and (5) spraying the epoxy resin topcoat material on the tape quickly when the Neoprene (Synthetic rubber based on polychloroprene) rubber is left to solidify until the surface is still little sticky, controlling the thickness of the coating at 10-20 µm, allowing to stand at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, and using it after natural leveling and curing.
