▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for producing structure involves (a) preparing a porous reduced graphene oxide, (b) growing zinc oxide forest structure on surface of the porous reduced graphene oxide, (c) generating hydroxyl group on zinc oxide forest surface, (d) treating surface of zinc oxide forest using 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, N-( gamma -maleimidobutyryloxy)succinimide, and streptavidin, and (e) immobilizing an antibody against Escherichia coli serotype O157:H7 on the streptavidin. USE - The method is useful for preparing structure, which is used for detecting E.coli serotype O157:H7 (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of detecting E.coli serotype O157:H7, which involves culturing sample containing E.coli serotype O157:H7 for 6-16 hours, placing the sample in produced structure, applying electric field to electrode, and measuring presence of E.coli serotype O157:H7 in the sample by measuring resistance value.
