NOVELTY - The sensor has a lower flexible substrate (1), a metal electrode (2), a graphene layer (3) and an upper flexible substrate (4). The metal electrode is fixedly connected on the upper surface of the lower flexible substrate. The graphene layer is fixedly connected on the upper surface of the metal electrode. The top surface of the graphene layer is connected to the bottom surface of the upper flexible substrate. USE - Wearable flexible temperature sensing device. ADVANTAGE - The reliability and stability of the sensor is improved. The sensor has good flexibility, low price, good repeatability and high linearity.
