NOVELTY - Strong adhesion, low surface resistance ethylene propylene diene monomer conductive spraying liquid, comprises 40-70 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer raw rubber, 1-5 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-5 pts. wt. nitrile butadiene rubber, 5-12 pts. wt. conductive filler, 2.5-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 0.6-1.3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1.2-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. sulfur, 1.4-3 pts. wt. accelerator and 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. tackifier. USE - The conductive ethylene propylene diene monomer spraying liquid is useful in the technical field of conductive spraying liquid. ADVANTAGE - The conductive spraying liquid has low production cost, stable properties, high conductivity, strong adhesion, excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, and is convenient to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing strong adhesion, low surface resistance ethylene propylene diene monomer conductive spraying liquid, comprising (a) weighing ethylene propylene diene monomer raw rubber, placing it in an open mill or internal mixer, adding conductive filler, zinc oxide, conductive carbon black, stearic acid, coupling agent, dispersant and tackifier to obtain base rubber, cooling, soaking in cyclohexane, fully swelling, and stirring at room temperature for 3-4 hours, (b) adding epoxy resin and nitrile butadiene rubber to the base rubber obtained in step (a), dispersing it with a stirring disperser for 10-20 minutes, and grinding it with a grinder for 3-5 times to obtain the rubber material, (c) dividing the rubber material obtained in step (b) into component A and component B in equal amounts, adding sulfur to component A, adding accelerator to component B, stirring each for 10-15 minutes, and grinding for 1-3 times by three rollers grinder, and (d) mixing component A and component B obtained in step (c), adding cyclohexane to it to adjust to the target viscosity, and stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain the conductive ethylene propylene diene monomer spraying liquid.
