NOVELTY - Method for preparing sub-nano-alloy material involves (a) providing a composite material capable of coordinating with metal ions, (b) reacting the composite material with platinum metal ion and cobalt metal ion at 25-100?? C, and calcining the reaction product to carbonize to obtain a sub-Nano alloy material. Covalent triazine organic framework and graphene are mixed to obtain the composite material. Ultrasonic treatment process is performed. The ultrasonic treatment uses alcohol as a medium. Ultrasonic power is 80 W to 100 W. Ultrasonic time is 4h to 8h. USE - Preparation method of sub-nano-alloy material used in electrochemical catalytic field for electrolytic water hydrogen production. Can also be used in large scale commercial application. ADVANTAGE - The method uses one-dimensional pore structure of covalent triazine organic framework, efficiently preparing the sub-nano-alloy material with a size of 2-3 nm, which exhibits a low potential, high quality ratio activity and good stability on the acidic electrolyzed water hydrogen production.
