▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Sulfur, nitrogen and transition metal doped graphene is claimed. The graphene is doped with sulfur and nitrogen and loaded with transition metal. USE - The transition metal doped graphene is useful in preparing lithium primary battery, lithium ion battery, fuel cell, solar cell or super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transition metal doped graphene has excellent catalytic performance, simple preparation method, non toxic raw material, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing sulfur, nitrogen and transition metal doped graphene comprising (i) adding graphene or graphite oxide, transition metal compounds, nitrogen-containing compounds and sulfur-containing compounds into solvent, mixing, drying, and grinding to obtain solid powder, and (ii) placing solid powder obtained in step (i) in a vacuum or inert gas, heating at 350-1200 degrees C at a rate of 3-10 degrees C/minute, insulating for 0.5-6 hours, and then cooling at room temperature at a rate of 3-10 degrees C/minute to obtain sulfur, nitrogen and transition metal doped graphene.
