NOVELTY - The cable has a protection insulation layer formed on a graphene optical fiber. A copper plating layer is provided with a quartz light fiber. A graphene conducting layer is arranged on the copper plating layer, where the graphene conducting layer is an electric power transmission medium. Optical signal is transmitted to a fiber core, where thickness of the graphene conducting layer is 0. 01-0. 05 mm. The protection insulation layer is coated with polyethylene or PVC material.
