▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene gel porous heat-insulated ceramic with porous porous zirconium dioxide, is new. The center of the heat insulated ceramic is a hollow micro-sphere, and the surface of the hollow microsphere is uniformly coated with a graphene gel piece of metal. The hollow micro sphere is prepared by using nano-zirconia powder as raw material, nano yttrium oxide powder as a crystal stabilizer, and using thermal plasma method to prepare the graphene gel. The graphene gel is self-assembled and self-assembled on the surface. The surface is sintered by discharge plasma sintering. USE - The graphene gel-zirconium dioxide porous heat insulation ceramic is useful in aerospace military field of severe working environment, working environment complex of heat engineering device, pipeline and building and civil field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene gel-zirconium dioxide porous heat insulation ceramic exhibits excellent heat insulation performance at different temperatures, high strength, and is easy to process and form, and has wide application prospect.
