NOVELTY - The method involves preparing oxidized graphite solution using natural graphite powder as a raw material, and adding and mixing a certain amount of concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium peroxydisulfate and phosphorus pentoxide to the raw material. The mixed materials are uniformly mixed at a temperature of 80 degrees centigrade and cooled to room temperature. The mixed materials are transferred into a high temperature reactor to perform annealing function. Acetone and ethanol are washed for multiple times. USE - Method for preparing graphene/cadmium sulfide quantum dot nano composite material that is utilized as a photoelectric conversion material. ADVANTAGE - The method decreases the manufacturing cost of composite material. The graphene/cadmium sulfide composite material prepared by the method has high energy conversion efficiency.
