NOVELTY - A nanocomposite lubricant contains additive and base oil. The additive contains graphene oxide, oleic acid, boric acid and lanthanum nitrate. Graphene oxide, oleic acid, boric acid, lanthanum nitrate and base oil are used in a mass ratio of (0.01-3):(0.01-4):(0.1-5):(0.1-4):(80-98). USE - Nanocomposite lubricant is useful in various types of engines. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite lubricant can reduce vehicle fuel consumption of 20.3%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanocomposite lubricant, which involves weighing raw materials and then uniformly mixing, continuously stirring the mixture and then hydrothermally reacting, cooling the mixture to room temperature and then filtering, ultrasonically dispersing the filtrate in 60-100 ml alkyl alcohol and then reacting, and stirring.
