DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing bio-graphene modified lacquer complex coating comprises (i) processing the biomass material into micrometer thickness, pretreating with a alkali, washing, drying, immersing the dried product in an organic metal salt solution for 2-3 hours, placing the sample in a graphitization furnace, heating, calcining, heating to 600-1000 degrees C at a heating rate of 2-25 degrees C/minute, heating to 1500-1800 degrees C for 4-5 hours at a heating rate of 5-10 degrees C/minute, cooling the sample with the furnace after acid washing, neutralizing the pH and drying to obtain bio-graphene materials, (ii) mixing the biomass graphene, silane coupling agent and xylene in a mass ratio of 1:2:100, ultrasonically dispersing the mixed solution for 2-3 hours, where the temperature of the dispersion system is 40-70 degrees C and cooling to obtain a biomass graphene/xylene dispersion, (iii) mixing the lacquer and xylene in a mass ratio of 1:20 uniformly, distilling at 90-100 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours, cooling, allowing to stand for 6-8 days, taking the top coat phenol xylene mixture and using a rotary evaporator to separate xylenes at 30-80 degrees C and 5-70 kPa to obtain pure urushiol, (iv) mixing urushiol and xylene obtained in step (iii) in a mass ratio of 2:3 to 3:2 to obtain an urushiol xylene solution, adding aldehyde compound solution and ammonia solution to the urushiol xylene solution, first heating to 88-92 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours, heating to 100-105 degrees C, heating to 125-130 degrees C for 10-15 minutes to obtain a urushiol acetal resin, (v) adding the graphene/xylene dispersion obtained in step (ii) to the urushiol acetal resin obtained in (iv) and stirring for 3-5.5 hours to obtain graphene/lacquer phenol acetal material, where the rotating speed is 500-1000 revolutions/minute.
