▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing hexagonal shaped tin dioxide micron sheet comprises mixing dioctyltin oxide, dibutyltin diacetate, graphene, and sublimed sulfur samples to obtain tin salts, where the mass ratio of tin salt, graphene and sublimated sulfur is 5-10: 1:1-3, mixing the three substances for 5-10 minutes, pressing into a disc with a thickness of 1 mm and a diameter of 1 cm, placing the pressed wafer in a crucible, and calcining in a muffle furnace at 450-700 degrees C for 1-3 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing hexagonal shaped tin dioxide micron sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy, and economical. The micron sheet has potential application prospects in micrometer devices.
