NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-chitosan/nano-gold electrochemical immunosensor involves preparing solid particle dispersion using graphene oxide and chitosan solution, mixing solid particle dispersion and chitosan solution, dispersing to form drip coating liquid, adding drip coating liquid on gold electrode, drying, placing gold electrode in colloidal gold solution to obtain graphene oxide-chitosan/nano-gold modified electrode, dripping antibody Ab1 solution onto surface of modified electrode, heat preserving, applying diluted bovine serum albumin solution on modified electrode, heat-preserving, applying myocardial marker antigen silver on modified electrode, heat-preserving to obtain graphene oxide-chitosan/nano-gold/antibody Ab1/bovine serum albumin/silver modified electrode, applying 5-8 mu L enzyme-labeled antibody Ab2 solution to surface of graphene oxide-chitosan/nano-gold/antibody Ab1/bovine serum albumin/silver modified electrode and heat-preserving for 0.5-1 hour.
