NOVELTY - The application of porous iron oxide/graphene oxide nanocomposite in catalytic Fischer-Tropsch synthesis or as Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst, involves preparing inorganic iron salt solution, adding inorganic iron salt solution to graphene oxide hydrogel to obtain suspension, carrying out hydrothermal reaction of suspension to obtain composite of hydrated iron oxide nanoparticles and graphene oxide, drying and calcining to obtain porous iron oxide/graphene nanocomposite. USE - Application of porous iron oxide/graphene oxide nanocomposite in catalytic Fischer-Tropsch synthesis or as Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of porous iron oxide/graphene oxide nanocomposite with high abrasion resistance, high carbon monoxide conversion rate, high selectivity and high stability.
