NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly and heat dissipation thermoplastic polyurethane coating comprises 17-24 wt.% thermoplastic polyurethane, 12-16 wt.% epoxy resin, 4-8 wt.% graphene, 3-6 wt.% dihydrogen phosphate, 2-5 wt.% thermal conductive filler, 1.8-2.4 wt.% polyvinyl pyrrolidone, 1.6-1.9 wt.% isopropanol, 1.2-1.7 wt.% polyethylene glycol, 2-6 wt.% thermal adhesive, 2-4.5 wt.% antioxidant, 7-11 wt.% emulsifier, 5-9 wt.% pigments and balance of compatibilizer. USE - Used as environmentally-friendly and heat dissipation thermoplastic polyurethane coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating improves the heat dissipation heat conducting performance, reduces adding of toxic substances, and ensures the health of the user will not be harmed and has strong market competition and good promotion effect. The method is simple and requires low equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the environmentally-friendly and heat dissipation thermoplastic polyurethane coating, comprising (i) taking all the raw materials; (ii) adding the thermoplastic polyurethane and epoxy resin into a closed stirring device for preliminary stirring, stirring for 10-15 minutes, at 17-22 degrees C, adding the graphene, dihydrogen phosphate, and compatibilizer are sequentially into the stirring equipment, heating, stirring, heating to 75-85 degrees C and stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain mixture A; (iii) adding the polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and isopropanol into another closed mixing equipment, mixing, stirring and heating to 110-120 degrees C for 3-8 minutes, taking out and cooling at room temperature for 60-80 minutes to obtain mixture B, (iv) adding the mixture B into the mixing equipment equipped with the mixture A, and stirring for 25-35 minutes, at 180-240 revolutions/minute, at 40-50 degrees C to obtain mixture C; (v) taking the thermal conductive filler, mixing with the mixture C, and reducing the stirring speed to 70-110 revolutions/minute, cooling to 20-30 degrees C, adding the 3-6 times thermal conductive adhesive, and stirring until the viscous state is obtained to obtain mixture D; and (vi) adding antioxidant, emulsifier and pigment to obtain mixture D, stirring at 40-50 revolutions/minute for 50-70 minutes and mixing uniformly.
