▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing large-sized high-quality single-layer graphene involves drying frosted glass after washing, and uniformly coating liquid phase substrate on surface. The frosted glass is coated with liquid phase substrate which is fixed on sample stage above carbon target, and after vacuumed at room temperature. The carbon target is bombarded with pulsed laser, and carbon atoms are deposited on liquid substrate, and then placed in vacuum chamber for certain period of time to obtain sample containing single layer of graphene on surface. The single layer of graphene is transferred on surface of sample to surface of clean target substrate. USE - Method for preparing large-sized high-quality single-layer graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare large-sized high-quality single-layer graphene that has high quality, improves graphene preparation process.
