NOVELTY - The method involves preparing carbon fiber cloth (1). Precursor of heat-conducting film is prepared through carbon fiber cloth. A graphene composite heat-conducting film (2) is prepared by hot pressing the precursor of the heat-conducting film. The step of preparing the precursor of the heat-conducting film through the carbon fiber cloth comprises coating epoxy resin on front face and back face of the carbon fiber cloth. The graphene composite heat-conducting film is coated on the front face and the back face of epoxy resin. The coating the epoxy resin and graphene composite heat-conducting film are repeated for one time or multiple times. A multi-layer graphene heat-conducting film and a laminated structure of carbon fiber cloth coated with epoxy resin on two sides between adjacent graphene heat-conducting films are obtained. A laminated structure is cured to obtain the precursor of the heat-conducting film. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite heat-conducting film used in computer, mobile phone, flat panel and other electronic products with radiating requirements. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite heat conducting film has excellent radiating ability and strength.
