NOVELTY - Preparing double-sulfur bond sulfur polymer containing anode active material involves heating the sulfur to 120degrees Celsius to completely melt, adding styrene into liquid the temperature to 130-140degrees Celsius, reacting for 6 hours to obtain red brown viscous liquid, cooling the product to room temperature, changing into reddish brown solid, namely synthesizing the binary copolymer of styrene-sulfur by reverse phase vulcanization method, raising the temperature of the styrene-sulfur binary copolymer to 120degrees Celsius, melting from the reddish brown solid to liquid, adding 60-80 wt.% peanut oil into liquid raising the temperature to 170-180degrees Celsius, reacting for 5 hours, cooling to room temperature to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing double-sulfur bond sulfur polymer containing anode active material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the anode material sulfur loading amount, ensures the conductivity of the anode material, promotes the reaction activity of the electrode, simplifies the preparation process, and optimized the best battery anode material system.
